Who's it for

Young people aged 10-29 in Wirral, Halton and St Helens who are long term NEET.

What is it?

Talent Match is an exciting, creative and innovative programme that will develop real skills and open up opportunities for young people.

This programme will enable young people to build confidence and motivation as well as providing access to training and employment opportunities.

Young people will be supported one-to-one by an Intensive Mentor following a four step SELF structure (Skills, Employment, Life, Future). They will help young people to work on the barriers to confidence and self-esteem, as well as helping to build skills for the world of work. The mentor will also provide support with ID and birth certificates.

ADDVANCED SOLUTIONS – COMMUNICATION SUPPORT COUNSELLING

ADDvanced Solutions encourages, equips and empowers, young people with learning difficulties and associated mental health needs. They offer learning, coaching and mentoring programmes to better recognise, understand and meet individual needs, enabling you to manage the day to day challenges.

YPAS COUNSELLING

YPAS provides mental health and emotional wellbeing services for children, young people and families –  it is a charity that supports children, young people and families with their mental health and emotional well-being difficulties.

ELEVATE EMPLOYABILTY

An employability coach will help with job search, CVs, interview preparation and practise, employer engagement.  We can also help with travel costs, interview clothes, PPE and other barriers you may be experiencing.

Youth Fed

Youth Fed is a youth charity that supports over 5,000 young people between the ages of 10 and 29, helping to improve the lives of young people through celebrating and delivering activities. We enable young people to thrive and achieve their full potential, regardless of background or circumstance.

Our objectives are:

  • To advance in life and help young people through the provision of recreational and curriculum enriching activities provided in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve their standard of living.
  • Providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.
  • To act as a resource for young people by providing advice, assistance, services, training and organising programmes of physical, educational and other activities as a means of advancing education and relieving unemployment.
